Semiconductor chip

< p > < a href = "https://baike.so.com/doc/1619052-1711651.html" "> < / a > chip semiconductor: on semiconductor sheet erosion, wiring, made of semiconductor device can implement some functions. It's not just silicon chips, but also semiconductor materials such as gallium arsenide (gallium arsenide is toxic, so don't be curious about breaking it down in some poor circuit boards), germanium, etc. Semiconductors are as trendy as cars. In the 1970s, U.S. companies such as Intel had the upper hand in the dynamic random access memory (D-RAM) market. But in the 1980s, when mainframe computers came along and high performance D-RAM was needed, Japanese firms came out on top. In order to meet the demand for mass production, the electrical properties of the semiconductor must be predictable and stable, so the purity of the doping and the quality of the semiconductor lattice structure must be strictly required. Common quality problems such as lattice dislocation, twins, or stacking faults can affect the properties of semiconductor materials. For a semiconductor device, defects in the material lattice (crystal defects) are usually the main factor affecting the performance of the element. The most common method used to grow high purity single crystal semiconductor materials is called the Chaikorsky process. The process involves placing a single crystal seed in a dissolved liquid of the same material and slowly rotating it upward. As the seed is pulled up, the solute will solidify along the solid/liquid interface, and rotation will allow the temperature of the solute to be uniform.
