What's the difference between dual diode and triode?

The shape is just a package, now many precision resistors and temperature switches also use the transistor commonly used TO220 package, so from the shape can not be seen. But it's easy to tell them apart by measuring them. Ordinary triode has two diode structures inside, and the on-voltage is about 0.6V. As for the double diode, there are two types. The first type is the high-current Schottky diode, which is usually packaged in TO220 and has two diode structures inside, but the on-voltage is only 0.2V ~ 0.3V. It is difficult to distinguish it from a triode, which can only be distinguished by measuring the amplification of the triode.
